Ingredients
- 2cup uncooked quinoa
- 1 tomato
- 2 celery stalks
- 1 orange bell pepperor the color of your choice
- 1/2cup fresh parsley
- 1/4cup olive oil
- 3tbsp red wine vinegar
- salt and pepperto taste
Instructions
- Cook the Quinoa During that time you can chop the tomato, the bell pepper and the celery into very small cubes Also chop the parsley very finely.
